We are working according to the process approach as a management strategy
The process model approach is central to ISO 9001:2008.
It requires the organization to
- identify the processes,
- decide the order in which they are carried out,
- ensure that appropriate resources are provided and
- establish appropriate methods needed to operate and control them.

The Consultant will deliver documentation for the ISO 9001:2008 QMS as following:
- Design the QMS to satisfy requirements of the above standard and reflect Client’s
organization and business practices.
- Develop a Quality Manual and Quality Policy to meet requirements of the above standard
and Client’s operation.
- Develop the second (procedures) and limited third level (forms) documentation to
support Client’s Quality Manual.
- Conduct training of Client’s personnel, at Client’s discretion, for ISO 9001:2008
Standard and auditing techniques on-site.
- Prior to the certification audit, conduct on-site audit of the Client’s QMS to determine
readiness for the certification audit.
As all above items make clear, Branswijck will make sure that your QMS project is
in compliance with ISO 9001:2008 and that if required it can result in certification
of your QMS. We will in that case also help with:
- Assisting the Client in selecting ISO 9001:2008 registrar.
- Assisting the Client during the certification audit for maximum of one day.
